2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, however actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

The Threads reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

The Threads reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Nagpur and selected locations.

Standard Delivery Charges: ₹99
Free Delivery: On orders above ₹1999

After order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

All products are expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary during festivals, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Customers may be required to pay delivery charges during order placement, even for COD orders.

Failure to accept COD orders may result in restriction from future COD purchases.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchange on eligible products within 3 days of delivery, provided:

The product is unused
Tags are intact
Original packaging is available

Items such as undergarments or innerwear may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are generally not provided unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, graphics, and design belongs to The Threads and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Threads shall not be held responsible for:

Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
Minor variations in product appearance
Loss caused due to misuse of products
